Building a Scholarship Winning Resume

All 9-12th grade students and parents/guardians in WVSD are invited to attend this GEAR UP family night event. Five scholarship selection committee panelists will share tips on building a competitive scholarship resume and secrets on how they select scholarship winners. WiseGeek Stem Scholarship

We at SVH are excited to let you know about a new scholarship for female students at Spokane Valley High. We're awarding $500 through our WiseGeek Women in STEM Scholarship.

Eligibility: Female high school students who are interesting in a career in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math)
Amount: $500

Vaping 101 Information Night


The West Valley School District invites parents and guardians of students in grades 6-12 to join us on Tuesday, October 27th, 2020, 6:00 - 7:00 pm via Zoom for: Vaping 101 - What Every Parent/Guardian Needs to Know. Vaping rates have skyrocketed in recent years, especially among teens and this event will teach parents about the devices used, their contents, health effects, current trends, youth-specific concerns and most importantly, how to talk to your teen about vaping.
